AP Financial Services Inc.’s roots go back to 1947. We acquired SOS Collection Services, Inc. in 2001, which was formed with the acquisition of National Collex and the Arizona Creditors Bureau. National Collex was founded in 1976 and the Arizona Creditors Bureau was started in 1947.
